KARACHI,October 14,2025 : After years of anticipation, fans of Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan finally have something to celebrate — the official teaser for Neelofar is out, and the film is now slated for a theatrical release on November 28, 2025.
The teaser, released Sunday, offers a heartfelt glimpse into the chemistry between Pakistan’s beloved on-screen duo. Mahira, portraying a visually impaired woman named Neelofar, shares warm, flirtatious moments with Fawad’s character — a writer. Their scenes, ranging from playful amusement park rides to intimate emotional exchanges, hint at a story filled with love, longing, and heartbreak.

“Why not? I won’t look, I promise,” Mahira says with a smile, as Fawad’s character hesitates to dance.
While the plot remains under wraps, Neelofar promises a deeply emotional love story. A particularly striking scene shows Fawad blindfolding himself and dancing alone — a symbolic gesture that adds a layer of mystery to the narrative.
The film boasts a star-studded supporting cast, including Madiha Imam, Sarwat Gilani, Behroz Sabzwari, Atiqa Odho, and Gohar Rasheed. Directed and written by Ammar Rasool, the project has been executive produced by Fawad Khan and Hassaan Khalid, with music by Zeeshan (Vicky) Haider.
