Sohail Afridi refused to accept the bulletproof vehicles provided by the Federal government, so they were sent to Balochistan instead.
The newly appointed KP Chief Minister, Sohail Afridi, has been criticizing the federal government for its policies since the start of his term. Until now, he has been in a clash with the center over several pressing issues, including his meeting with the Party Chairman in Adiala, attending the security council meeting, and the most recent issue regarding the efficiency of bulletproof vehicles provided by the federal government.
Afridi said that the vehicles provided by the Center are “defective and old”. He declared the federal policy “flawed” and the reason behind the resurgence of terrorism in the province. He said that KP is being denied its funds and “other constitutional rights” by the center.
The issue took an interesting turn when CM Balochistan stated that if the KP government refuses to take the mentioned vehicles, he is prepared to accept them, as Balochistan also needs them.

The Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, responded to his tweet and assigned all those vehicles to the Balochistan Government.
CM Sahib done. These bullet-proof vehicles will be sent to Balochistan immediately to enhance counter-terrorism efforts. Thank you for raising this https://t.co/M8Hzc4UoAB

Like KP, Balochistan has also been suffering from terrorism for a long time, and both provincial and federal governments keep on affirming their stance against terrorism and for the writ of the state. Sarfraz Bugti thanked Naqvi on behalf of the people of Balochistan for his steadfast support.
