KARACHI: Pakistani pop sensation Hasan Raheem has released his much-anticipated second studio album Dil Kay Parday, marking a new chapter in his musical journey after a whirlwind couple of years of hit songs, personal milestones, and artistic evolution.

A New Chapter in Hasan Raheem’s Music

Following the success of his 2023 EP Maybe, It’s Love, which produced the international hit Wishes in collaboration with Indian Punjabi singer Talwiinder, and the 2024 EP 1 2 3 4 5, home to fan favourite Faaslay, Raheem returns to the spotlight with a full-length album that blends nostalgia, pop experimentation, and his signature mellow sound.

He describes Dil Kay Parday as a “memory capsule” capturing the last two years of his life. In an emotional Instagram post, Raheem shared that he began writing the album during a period of illness, often working from his bed. He thanked his family — especially his mother — for supporting him through that time, and joyfully revealed that he recently got married.

Collaborations and Musical Direction

The 13-track album brings together some of the most prominent names in Pakistan’s music scene. The standout single, Exes, released on August 25, features Young Stunners and is produced by Abdullah Kasumbi.
