Islamabad – October 10, 2025 — Google has announced that Pakistani university students aged 18 and above are now eligible for free one-year access to its AI Pro Plan, part of a broader initiative to support students across the Asia-Pacific region.
According to a press release issued on Thursday, the program aims to enhance student learning, research, and creativity through advanced artificial intelligence tools — at no cost.
The Google AI Pro Plan grants access to the Gemini 2.5 Pro model, described as Google’s most capable AI system. It offers features like Deep Research, tailored to assist students with academic writing, research, and creative projects.

AI-powered support is also integrated across Google Workspace apps, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet, enabling students to summarise emails, draft presentations, and analyse data more efficiently.

“This offer is part of Google’s mission to empower every student with the AI tools needed to advance learning and unlock creativity,” the company said.
