Is There a Fee?
No. You can register for free on the Digital Youth Hub through the website or the mobile app and browse or apply for any of the postings free of charge. The hub is free to anyone to create an account, set up a profile, or access, but some of the platform’s unique offerings (a special scholarship, a partner-run training course) may have their own eligibility conditions or requirements.
How to Register
Unlike programs that run through a separate application portal, Digital Youth Hub is meant to be the front door itself — so registration is fairly quick:
- Go to the official site or download the app. Visit pmyp.gov.pk, or install the “PM Digital Youth Hub” app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
- Sign up for an account. Click “Sign Up” or “Join Now” and enter your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your gender, your 13-digit CNIC (or B-Form number if you’re under 18), and an active mobile number.
- Verify your account. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) by SMS or email — enter it to confirm your account, then set a secure password.
- Complete your profile. Add your education, skills, city, and the tracks you’re interested in — jobs, skill development, entrepreneurship, scholarships, or volunteering. The platform uses this to surface recommendations tailored to you rather than showing every listing to everyone.
- Start browsing and applying. From your dashboard, you can enroll in free IT and freelancing courses, book a one-on-one career counseling session, and browse curated internship, job, and loan listings — including the PM’s Youth Business & Agriculture Loan Scheme, which is itself integrated into the hub rather than run as a separate application.
Because admission is rolling with no fixed deadline, there’s no application “window” to watch for the way there is with fellowships like Fulbright or the YES program — you can register whenever you’re ready.
