Based on millions of user-initiated tests, Jazz swept most performance categories, while Zong and PTCL claimed top honors in the gaming sector.

For the second consecutive period, Faisalabad remains the hub for the fastest mobile internet in Pakistan. Surprisingly, the federal capital and its twin city lagged significantly behind.

While Jazz dominated mobile metrics, the fixed-line market saw a tight race between traditional ISPs and new fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) providers.

Consumer Sentiment
The report also highlighted user satisfaction ratings (out of 5 stars). Jazz received the highest consumer rating of 3.48, indicating that technical speed is translating into actual user satisfaction.
Note on 5G: While 4G speeds are stabilizing, these reports come at a critical time as the PTA prepares for the 5G auction later this year. Operators are currently optimizing existing towers to meet the high-capacity demands of 5G rollout in 7 major cities.
