Neelo Fur Set for Cinematic Release After Five-Year Delay

Lahore– October 9, 2025— The long-awaited film Neelo Fur, starring Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan, is finally set to hit cinemas on November 28, 2025, after being delayed for nearly half a decade.

Originally shot in 2019, the film faced multiple setbacks, including production delays during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Despite completing shooting by the end of that year, its release remained uncertain—until now.

The official release date was announced this week alongside the film’s second motion poster, shared on Instagram by Hum TV, Mahira Khan, and Fawad Khan. A teaser poster had been released last month, sparking renewed anticipation among fans.

Written and directed by Amr Rasool, Neelo Fur is produced by Ausaf Shariq, with Fawad Khan and Hassan Khalid serving as executive producers.

The film features a star-studded cast including Atiqa Odho, Behrooz Sabzwari, Madiha Imam, Sarwat Gilani, Gohar Rasheed, Faisal Qureshi, Samia Mumtaz, and many more.

Although the plot has been kept under wraps, Mahira and Fawad Khan have hinted in interviews that Neelo Fur is a romantic drama. The official trailer is expected to drop next week, offering the first glimpse into the story.
