LAHORE | October 26, 2025
Pakistan is set to welcome its first-ever official Apple retail store by the end of 2025, marking a significant milestone for the country’s technology retail sector. The announcement was made by Airlink Communication Limited during its latest corporate briefing session attended by Topline Securities.
According to details shared at the briefing, the Apple store will be located inside Dolmen Mall Lahore, one of the city’s most prominent shopping destinations. The outlet will reportedly operate alongside a Xiaomi retail store, positioning the mall as a key technology hub for consumers.
The development comes a year after Airlink Communication was appointed as Apple’s premium partner in Pakistan by GNEXT Technologies, the company’s authorised local distributor. The partnership is aimed at establishing structured, official retail access to Apple products across the country — a first in Pakistan’s retail landscape.

Under this partnership, Apple enthusiasts will gain direct access to the full range of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches and official accessories, through a formally recognised Apple outlet rather than parallel importers or grey-market resellers.
Industry analysts have hailed the move as a potential game-changer for Pakistan’s high-end consumer electronics market. “The opening of an official Apple Store will bring greater pricing transparency, better after-sales service, and consumer confidence in authenticity,” a retail expert familiar with the matter told Dawn.

In a related update, Airlink announced plans to import 10,000 Acer laptops by November under a pilot project, with the possibility of starting local manufacturing if the initiative proves successful. The company also disclosed that it is in talks to onboard another global mobile brand for local manufacturing and distribution, though no formal agreement has been finalised yet.
The official Apple Store’s launch in Lahore is expected to coincide with the holiday shopping season in late 2025, reflecting Apple’s growing interest in expanding its footprint in emerging South Asian markets.
