According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring lasting peace in the Middle East. PM Shehbaz expressed gratitude for Qatar’s support of Pakistan’s role as the “sole mediator” between the U.S. and Iran following the regional conflict earlier this year. Both leaders agreed to maintain strict coordination to break the current diplomatic impasse and prevent further instability.
