Inspections and Precautionary Drive
In Hassanabdal, Assistant Commissioner Aqsa Imtiaz and health teams discovered dengue larvae at residential areas, junkyards, graveyards, and marriage halls. Legal action was taken against violators, and teams were directed to step up anti-dengue surveillance.
Authorities urged citizens to keep homes and surroundings clean, cover water tanks, avoid storing water in open utensils, and ensure children wear full sleeves to reduce the risk of bites.
Officials said the government is using all resources to fight the outbreak, but stressed that public cooperation remains key to defeating dengue.
