Karachi: November 19, 2025 – Gold prices in Pakistan rebounded sharply on Wednesday, mirroring gains in the global market, with the yellow metal climbing Rs7,900 per tola to Rs431,562.

The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported that 10-gram gold also rose by Rs6,773, trading at Rs369,994.

This marks a reversal from Tuesday’s dip, when gold per tola fell Rs7,000 to Rs423,662.

Internationally, spot gold advanced $79 to $4,092 per ounce (plus $20 premium), driven by safe-haven demand amid geopolitical tensions and US economic data.

Silver followed suit, gaining Rs177 per tola to settle at Rs5,422, reflecting similar bullish trends.

Analysts attribute the uptick to fluctuating rupee-dollar dynamics and ongoing global uncertainties, advising investors to monitor Federal Reserve signals.

For jewellers and buyers in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, these rates underscore gold’s enduring appeal as an inflation hedge in Pakistan’s volatile economy.
