The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has launched its 84th wave of attacks, striking targets in Israel, Kuwait, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Reports of cluster bomb warheads hitting central Israel (Tel Aviv) and Beersheba have surfaced. One fatality was confirmed in Tel Aviv on March 27/28. Iran claims to have sunk or severely damaged six U.S. tactical ships at Shuwaikh Port. Local authorities confirm drone strikes but report only “material damage.”
Suicide drones reportedly targeted a hotel and beach area in Dubai. While Iran claims U.S. casualties, local reports highlight injuries to civilians and damage to landmarks like the Fairmont Palm Jumeirah.: A missile and drone strike on Prince Sultan Air Base (Al-Kharj) has reportedly wounded 10 U.S. service members and damaged refueling aircraft.
The regional conflict, which began on February 28, 2026, has escalated into a high-intensity “Shadow and Direct War.” Despite a temporary “10-day pause” announced by U.S. President Donald Trump for energy infrastructure, kinetic military operations have surged over the last 48 hours.
The “Cluster Bomb” Escalation in Israel
The use of submunitions has introduced a new level of civilian risk in the conflict:
- The Strike: A ballistic missile carrying a cluster warhead impacted central Israel on Friday night. One man in his 60s was killed, and several others were injured.
- Impact Sites: Emergency services (MDA) handled at least six separate sites where bomblets from the missile scattered.
- The Response: The IDF has retaliated with strikes on the Arak Heavy Water Plant in Central Iran, citing it as a “key plutonium production site.”
Naval War in Kuwait: Shuwaikh Port
The IRGC’s “Announcement No. 84” focused heavily on disrupting U.S. logistics in the Gulf:
- The Iranian Claim: Tehran alleges that six U.S. landing craft (LCU-type) were hit at Shuwaikh Port using Qadir 380 missiles. They claim three vessels sank and three are burning.
- The Kuwaiti Reality: The Kuwait Ports Authority confirmed a “hostile” drone attack early on March 27. While they admit to infrastructure damage, they have not officially confirmed the sinking of U.S. vessels or human casualties.
Dubai: Tourism Hotspots in the Crosshairs
Dubai, usually a neutral safe haven, has been directly impacted by “True Promise 4”:
- Suicide Drones: Videos show thick smoke rising from the Fairmont Hotel on Palm Jumeirah.
- Casualties: Iran claims “a large number” of American soldiers were killed in gathering centers on the beach and in hotels. Local UAE authorities, however, report that four individuals were injured and transferred to hospitals, with the fire being brought under control by Civil Defence.
- Airspace: Dubai has “partially and temporarily” closed its airspace, leaving thousands of travelers stranded.
Strike on Prince Sultan Air Base (Saudi Arabia)
A major strike was confirmed on the critical U.S. hub at Al-Kharj:
- U.S. Casualties: Two U.S. officials confirmed that 10 service members were wounded, two seriously, during a missile and drone barrage.
- Equipment Loss: Several refueling aircraft and an E-3 Sentry AWACS command and control plane were reportedly damaged on the tarmac.
- Strategic Note: This base is central to U.S. aerial operations over Iran; the damage to refueling fleets significantly hampers long-range sortie capabilities.
An unnecessary war has been extended to almost a month. Israel vs Iran has been stretched to being World war. Trump has made sure that every country suffers its consequences. Peace lovers can’t do anything. Stupidity at the best. All countries must unite and stand against US
