Rescue and Relief Operations
Rescue 1122 teams reported pulling two men from the Lyari river and saving one person from the Malir river, though another man, identified as Farhan Akram, remains missing.
Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab said at least 318 people living near the rivers had been moved to safety.
Government Response
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah toured affected areas, including Saadi Town and Shahrah-i-Bhutto Expressway, where rumors circulated that a road section had collapsed.
