Major Adnan Aslam Shaheed: Laid to Rest After Foiling Terrorist Attack in Bannu

Rawalpindi, Sept 9, 2025 – Major Adnan Aslam of 29 FF embraced shahadat after sustaining severe injuries during a clearance operation against fitna-e-khawarij at Frontier Corps (North) Headquarters Bannu on September 2, 2025. Despite multiple evacuations and intensive treatment at CMH Rawalpindi, the officer could not survive his wounds.

A military funeral was held at Chaklala Garrison, attended by senior officers, comrades, and family members. Later, he was laid to rest with full military honors near his hometown in Rawalpindi.
