PCB Announces Schedule for Pakistan’s 5-Match ODI Series in England in May 2027

LAHORE — The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday confirmed that the national men’s cricket team will tour England in May 2027 for a five-match One-Day International (ODI) series.

The white-ball tour is set to begin on May 15, 2027, in Southampton and will wrap up on May 26 in Cardiff. The PCB described the series as vital preparation for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027, which is scheduled to be held in October and November across South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia.

Pakistan currently sits fifth in the ICC Men’s ODI Rankings. The team’s last bilateral ODI series in England was in 2021, during which former captain Babar Azam emerged as the top run-scorer with 177 runs across three matches, including a highest score of 158.

The announcement comes as the national side continues its busy international schedule. Pakistan is currently involved in a two-match Test series in the West Indies. After the Caribbean tour, the team will head to England for a three-match Test series from August 19 to September 13.
