RAWALPINDI / QUETTA — Security forces killed 10 terrorists and arrested two female suicide bombers along with their facilitator during intelligence-based operations in Balochistan’s Surab and Mastung districts over the past 48 hours, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported on Wednesday.
The operations formed part of the military’s ongoing campaign to dismantle terror networks in the province, particularly those linked to India-sponsored Fitna-al-Hindustan and Fitna-al-Khawarij.

Operational Breakdown by District
In the 48-hour sanitisation and counter-terrorism effort, security forces neutralised threats in two key districts of central Balochistan. In Mastung, troops successfully intercepted a high-value operational cell before planned suicide attacks could be executed.

The military’s media wing stated that the two arrested female suicide bombers and their handler were directly affiliated with Fitna-al-Hindustan. During clearance operations in both districts, security forces recovered a significant cache of weapons, live ammunition, and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
The ISPR emphasised that intelligence-driven sanitisation operations will continue without pause across Balochistan to eliminate remaining terrorist elements, dismantle their support networks, and ensure the safety of regional transit corridors.
